I feel that a lot of the items I wanted addressed in the settlement were not addressed. Most of what we discussed in our original consultation was not done. I also feel like the lawyers on the other side had their way with us. We ended up settling for less than I wanted but after three years I just wanted it done so I agreed. I had also wanted to get compensation for previous injuries and my lawyer said we could pursue those later, but now it is too late so that will no longer happen. If I ever need representation again I doubt I use this firm again.
