I was introduced to The Marks Law Firm by my son several years ago after Jonathan had done exceptional work for him with what was considered to be an extremely difficult and complex divorce and custody case. I was in need of estate planning, and Jonathan helped us to create all of the necessary documents to protect us moving forward - pour over wills, powers of attorney, etc. Whenever these needed to then be modified or amended, Jonathan was always available to discuss and facilitate. When it eventually became just me and I came to discover some extremely old assets that required very intricate transfer procedures, Jonathan was able to navigate me through those processes as well. I have always appreciated his kind demeanor, attention to detail, and most importantly his patience when it came to helping me to understand every aspect of these endeavors. Jonathan and his team are truly outstanding and I am extremely appreciative of their hard work, dedication, and attention to my needs over the years.

In addition, his firm has been able to assist and guide me through a myriad of other legal scenarios, including planning for the future as well. Jonathan Marks is hands down the best attorney I have ever worked with and if you haven't retained him yet I recommend doing so before your opponent does. I have worked with Jonathan for years over a drawn out divorce and then post divorce custody issues and Jonathan earned my trust from day 1. He is not a yes attorney who will tell you what you want to hear and then bill you a bunch and not deliver. He is the guy who will guide you in what is your best interest and does a great job of keeping you informed but not letting you go down a path that will waste your time and money. I truly hope I never have to call him again but if the need ever arouse I would not hesitate to retain him for any future legal issues that may come my way.
