Got injured at work called Attorney Thomas Hyatt immediately we meet at a local McDonald's because of Covid-19 to discuses my claim. I should of knew this was a red flag when I saw how he dressed. NOT PROFESSIONAL at all but I was desperate to get treatment and the help I needed so I can provide for my family. Thomas Hyatt used Profanity offend when we spoke, he never listen to me. I was always left in the dark to any up dates about my case. I always had to call or email and wait hrs. for his short reposed. I never know why Thomas had so much anger and why he treated me the way he did at a time I most needed help. He left me with a lien and a withdrawn I was left to figure thing out on my own. I thought maybe he's a grumpy old man either way I remained respectful and still thanked him for the little he did do which was nothing because I'm still injured and look for a new Attorney Thanks a lot Thomas Hyatt long-run. .
