No urgency for my case. If your case isn't a big money maker, you're going to some of the leg work and running around yourself. If you return with everything in order, great, they'll take you in. Otherwise they call you up 10 days later asking if you're still interested in using them. The paralegal/Legal secretary assigned to me and handling the interpretation and dealing with the case was very kind and professional. Great experience with her. I took my case somewhere else and on the first visit there was a huge difference. Giant firms go after the big cases. It's only natural. Everything else is petty change for them. Update: No, I don't have your office confused with a different attorney's office. I am sure you provide a thorough service to most clients that leave the 5 star reviews...but MY service was less than satisfactory. I meant what i wrote and meant what I said.
