I have known Trey for years and have practiced law with him both as the Guardian of children (which he does with great care and compassion) and as an opponent. He is always well prepared and diligent.....he calls out people who need to recognize that they are failing as parents, as he should. He is also a zealous advocate and in the top tier of family lawyers I have practiced against. I highly recommend him and have practiced domestic law for 16 years and can truly say he is an incredible fighter for his clients.

I have waited 3 years to post a review of O'Cain. While being questioned under oath, O'Cain admitted various scandalous allegations made about me in the emergency child custody PETITION (sworn under oath as true by ex and attorney for ex) were LIES, he went ahead anyway and recommended against me, "temporarily", to the judge. I also testified at my hearing, while becoming more distraught when O'Cain (the GAL), went so far as to "cross" me, at the request of attorney for ex. At the end of the emergency hearing, the judge stated that he saw NO REASON FOR A CUSTODY CHANGE. However, since O'Cain had recommended one, he decided to allow that "temporarily". Due in large part to Trey O'Cain's mishandling of the petition of self verified lies, along with his horrifying recommendation, resulted in my relationship with my firstborn, my smartest, my fastest baby, my artistic daughter with the potential I only wish I had, damaged irreparably.

Seemingly, Trey O'Cain, while acting as a "guardian" for a child in a custody case, took money from the father, a few weeks before the custody hearing, to change the unfavorable opinion that was on the father up until that point, to a favorable one, and to issue an unfavorable opinion on the mother. This "lawyer" can be bought off apparently. Beware.

Trey deserves the utmost respect and consideration as an attorney. He does excellent work with clear and intelligent work. He is very highly recommended.
