Update: Spoke with Laura and she was very helpful!! She answered all my questions and was able to assist with my issues!! The people answering the phone are extremely unprofessional and rude. Every time I've called, I'm placed on hold a minimum of five minutes. These ladies do not know the meaning of customer service! Asked to have the attorney handling my dad's case to return my call. The lady told me someone would call me back to schedule an appointment for the attorney to call me. Rude and senseless!

I talked to the lawyer today he was very helpful in explaining the whole process. Great communication. If you feel you have a claim just call and someone can definitely help you. Thanks Lomax Law Firm.

Has been a horrible experience and isn't resolved after months. They contacted me and sent papers. I've been trying for at least 4 months to get a return call without results. They are very unorganized and unprofessional. No one is able to answer 1 simple question with the exception of 1 person that is never in or doesn't return calls.
