BenchMark Physical Therapy

I absolutely love this physical therapy! I have been to plenty in my health journey. When you walk through the door Kristy greets you with joy. Brian, Stacy, Carter, and Melonie are all different but push you to get the most out of yourself. They listen, are compassionate and caring. I've had an amazing experience and I'd recommend this therapy office to anyone! Thank you so much Benchmark for your aid in my recovery journey!

I love this place! Plus the staff is 10 stars! I look forward to going twice a week for PT on my knee replacement. It's a very relaxing place and they always work around my busy schedule. Stacy is the best! And when Stacy is out, Brian & Carter are amazing back ups. And what treat free coffee and always a smiling face from Kristi who is the receptionist. And great location on 90.

I had been coming to Benchmark for quite some time and everything was great. I enjoyed coming here and I thought I had a good professional client- therapist relationship. I do not understand why the following happened and I'm unsure if I'll ever go back. I felt invisible the last time I was there for the first 20 minutes until I spoke up to a different PT therapist and not my own because at that point -20 minutes past my appointment time I did not see my PT person. I came in on time and stopped at the front desk area where all 3 employees were at waiting for my PT person to acknowledge me but nothing. There was one 1 other client already on the floor that was there at this time of day for the entire hour, so they weren't getting bombarded with clients coming in. I started doing my exercises while I was watching my PT person talk with the other 2 employees and walk around. After finishing up a section for my first 10 minutes of my hour long appointment, my PT person was unseen and I had not been acknowledged, so I sat there wondering what to do next - should I walk out or stay and move on to the next exercise in my routine? And if I did walk out, would I be billed? So as more minutes were passing I watched the other PT person talk to the 1 other client. After 10 minutes passed (by this time I was there 20 minutes and they were talking non stop), I spoke up to this other PT person and asked if I was supposed to be there. The therapist then acknowledged me and asked my name and checked their schedule. This therapist (not my original therapist) started assisting me until the end of my appointment. As it turned out, I was not informed by anyone - my PT person was not scheduled with me that day and the other one was.

I have a chronic condition and before learning about Benchmark my PT experience had been horrible! I was convinced PT couldn't help me. However, a few years ago I tried Benchmark and was amazed when Jason helped me! Here recently I needed PT again and requested Benchmark, I was pleased to find that more physical therapists have joined and they also are amazing! I am touched by how caring and compassionate the Benchmark team is and how they are actively engaged in their field. It is reassuring to know they pursue continuing education in the physical therapy field, it is obvious they love what they do! I have received care from Jason, Carter and Brian, I continue to see improvement in my pain levels. I recommend Benchmark PT in Ocean Springs to anyone who needs quality and compassionate care. Update: Happy to say I am still receiving excellent care at Benchmark! The therapists are knowledgeable and my therapist Brian is also empathetic and understanding about my pain. I trust Benchmark physically therapy to help me manage my condition.

Outstanding care. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. All of the therapists are extremely engaged and thorough in their care. Melanie, Carter, and Stacey have been critical to my rapid improvement. I have experienced multiple PT locations in Ocean Springs and Benchmark is far superior! I highly recommend them to anyone seeking physical therapy care.
