Met with Tim about a year or so ago, he was great! Explained my situation and was given a flat rate price quote. Called back today to proceed and make sure price still stands. Receptionist was EXTREMELY rude and kept cutting me off to the point I couldn't even answer her. Told her I was trying to explain myself if she would stop being rude. She proceeded to cut me off and tell me call after 3 or Monday. Would LOVE to work with Tim, but not if I have to deal with that.

I came to Tim a broken man in a hopeless situation. Facing horrific charges as an innocent man that no one believed was innocent. To be honest I was borderline crazy from the stress and I never once made his job easy. You might say I even harassed him with periodic emotional breakdowns that he dang sure wasn't paid to put up with. He was always straight with me and focused hard on helping me recover my mental health. With the odds so unfairly stacked against me it in my darkest hour, he came flying in swinging haymakers at the opposition like a wild man and not only saved my life but gave me a renewed sense of hope for the future as he brought to light the ugly truth that was being supressed so heavily. Now I can pick up my torch and fight the good fight once again. Forever in this man's debt. If you need help. Look this man in the eye. Tell him the honest truth no matter how crazy it is and have faith in him. He will give you his best efforts. Dont mind the secretary. She's got alot on her plate dealing with Tim so she can get ornery but it's bc she truly cares. Your money is well spent here. I garuntee it.

Timothy showed up about a half an hour late for my hearing in a wrinkled suit with one of his small children with him which he was attempting to sedate wth an ipad while he tried to rush my case along, (showing zero empathy for the effect of his actions on my case). Before he arrived, he recommended i speak to the judge and opposing counsel in chambers (with no legal representation) as we all sat in court waiting for him for that half hour. Probably would have come out better as he just began pressuring me to accommodate ALL of opposing counsels' demands when he finally did arrive. My own lawyer railroaded me through one of the most important days of my life for which I had been saving up and waiting for years. I respectfully recommend (highly) that parents pass on this lawyer for civil family matters. He does not fit the reputation that proceeds him.
