Was recommended to this firm and was disappointed throughout the whole process. I never met ASHLEY personally or spoken to him. I guess my case wasn't "BIG" enough. I was in an accident and was NEVER updated on anything ....basically I had to get things done myself because CHASITY the assistant, was never attentive. Her attitude was BLUNT. I was told not to go to a chiropractor nor was appointed to one..I went a whole MONTH without going because they said they would let me know. I had to let them go and went to another law firm and was taken care of within TWO MONTHS.
