Great experience, Mr. Hisaw won our case, and kept going until we started collecting the money. He kept us informed at each milestone of the case. So far so good. I would recommend.

He didn't represent me as he said he would. Flirted with the women in the courtroom and didn't even know I was there. Told me I should take the offer instead of going to court. Depending on the judge's mood I could get nothing. Because I wouldn't agree to the settlement he said I would have to sign a waiver. So in essence he fired me. He is now garnishing my paycheck for the remainder of the contract, the he himself did not fulfill. Yes I am bitter but it is lawyers like him that give them bad names. I would give him a zero if it was allowed. Also if his firm has him I can only assume they are the same. Holland law firm in my opinion is no better. Find someone else to represent you.

Mr. Hisaw is an excellent Attorney! I was very impressed with his attention to detail, knowledge of both TN and MS laws, how quickly he responded to emails and calls, and how easy he made the entire process.

My mom paid this attorney for a consult conserving a Conservatorship filed for her in TN though she is a MS resident only to be told he does not feel comfortable with Memphis courts though he practices in both. This was a total blow and a lot of money waisted!
