Merit Health Medical Group - Ear, Nose, Throat & Allergy

Everyone was really nice but the Dr Childress was in and out so fast. It was a waste of time and money for me. I'm 58 years old and this was the first time I've ever been to a ear doctor in my life. I thought that I was going to have my ears cleaned and a hearing test but nope, a quick look in my ear and that was it. A prescription for steroids and come back in two weeks if you want tubes. See ya!

Office staff and nurse were friendly. My condition is probably one not seen very often. I was hoping I would get more answers as I had been suffering a while. I believe the Dr. could have referred me to an ENT who specializes. I would have given a lower rating, but he did prescribe antibiotics and steroid which has helped alleviate symptoms. I have since researched and found a specialist on my own who offers more treatment for my condition.

Staff and nurses were very sweet and professional. I was very disappointed with Dr Childress. He was so unconcerned. Ask me what was going on. I told him I had been dizzy and had inner ear problems. He said what's that. Made me feel like a fool. Won't be back there

I am handicapped, especially with walking, talking and writing. From the moment I came thru the door the receptionist went above and beyond to help me with what I needed. The person that called me for the appointment reminder was just as nice. Dr Childress had a great attitude and cared about the two issues I was having. He took the time to go over what he thought I needed to help my issues. He even wants me to come back to make sure both of my issues are cleared up. I totally recommend Merit Health ENT at 107 Millsaps Drive in Hattiesburg, Ms.

Wonderful experience. Dr. Childress immediately diagnosed and told me the problem. I had experienced difficulty over 3 years with no relief. He prescribed treatment and I able able to breathe better.
