Horrible experience!!! The receptionist at the desk was always rude to me for absolutely no reason. My 2nd trip up to the place I was the 1st person to come in after lunch on the list and 12 people came in after me and left before me. When I asked a 2nd time was I forgot about someone else came out and told me I was too early and I would have to come back another day. I refused bc my probation officer was the one I communicated with and had to leave work a 2nd time so I could pay this off. I sat up here for almost 2 hrs. I was treated so poorly. ABSOLUTELY NOT PROFESSIONAL AND SO RUDE!

Of course, I would have never entered the building if I had it my way, but because of a very poor decision I made, I didn't have a choice. My PO was amazing (Sherry). She went above and beyond to accommodate my crazy work schedule. Gave me great advice on situations I found myself in. She treated me with kindness, compassion, and respect while ensuring that I completed everything the judge ordered me to do. Most importantly, she treated me like I mattered & sensed my embarrassment of the entire situation. Needless to say, I have learned more than one valuable lesson during my probationary period, and I am very confident I will never find myself in this position again. Thank you, Mrs. Sherry, for navigating me through this experience!! You are AMAZING!!

They work for CPS and they don't do any of their test correctly. They cut 2 braids out of my head because they said "they didn't get enough hair the first time"

Professional and quick direct service. Understanding and non invasive. Everyone I've dealt with is kind and understanding.

Got a pretty bad habit about "losing" recipes and proof of payment.. pretty sketchy
