I retained josh Johnson to represent me for a probation revocation. He didn't do any work I had to have my family send him a ton of documents to support my case. When it came time for court, he wasnt even enterened as my attorney. The judge was about to reset the case because nobody showed up until Damian Holcomb walked in late. He had no idea about any of the details of my case or had any of the documents my family sent. The hearing was a nightmare, he never cross examined anyone, wouldn't even look me in the eye or shake my hand when he walked in late. He maybe said about 2 or 3 short statements. I was given an illegal sentence (double jeopardy) and was left to pick up the pieces on my own. This firm is completely INCOMPETENT and a waste of money !
