May 14 2009. The Mississippi tax audit my business, a TRUCKING company and passed the audit, a accident happened on the same day, I was loaded heading to Georgia for a delivery. I asked her if I passed the audit why am I out of business. She not as good as she likes to be.i would say more but it's not good for her because she is not a honest person. I started not to write a review but I believe it's my duty to write my experiences with this law firm. I was in an accident in MS which I thought was an open and shut case. Therefor, I chose a small law firm in Atlanta who recommended Lococo and Lococo. I should have done my research. I should have asked if the attorney representing me was going to be there for the duration of the case. She was not, I didn't know this, and she suggested that I settle. My shoulder and nose surgeries and future surgeries were not taken into consideration. They didn't have medical personnel or billing experts who could negotiate lower medical payments or make sure I wasn't being over billed. Fortunately, I had the VA who did that on my behalf. I also had to negotiate with some providers myself. They held in trust for three years funds of nearly $70,000 citing VA and other claims some of which I paid and submitted evidence. I told them over the last two years that there were no VA leins against me. I also sent information from two hospitals that said that I had no balance. I also provided them with key personnel within the VA claims office and legal personnel who could have told them the same. One week ago, over three years since the accident that made local news, they sent me a final check stating the VA said I owe nothing. I would not recommend this firm . Do your own homework.

Almost died in our wreck..took three years for this firm to settle..poor communication.. avoidance..we had lost wages..loss transportation..they sent us to their chiropractor friend that cost a fortune for rehab..that wound up costing more than our settlement payout..after paying the lawyers and chiropractors and waiting three years later we finally got a tiny sum and a coffe cup or sumn..i regret everytime I think about it for not going to someone more reputable..
