If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Nick Bain was nothing short of a nightmare. He withdrew from my case without completing our agreement, which included seeing my case through to court. Despite repeated requests since November to set a court date, he ignored me, leaving my case in limbo. His lack of communication during an emergency situation was appalling--he left me without responses for up to 10 days while I desperately sought help. He also failed to follow through on his promises and has left me and my child in an even worse position than when we started. His neglect, misrepresentations, and complete disregard for his client's best interests have had devastating effects on my custody case, which could have life-altering consequences for my daughter. If you're looking for a competent, reliable attorney who values their clients, look elsewhere. Nick Bain's behavior was unprofessional, irresponsible, and inexcusable. I strongly advise against hiring him if you care about your case and your peace of mind.
