Rinke Noonan

I have been working with the Farm Service agency to certify wetlands on our farm in preparation for installing drain tile, I decided that the outcome of the agency's decision could greatly affect my career and also generations to come so I enlisted the help of Kale and his team at Rinke Noonan and I am very happy I did! Across many parcels of land Kale had a 100% success rate of reducing or eliminating acres deemed "wetlands" which severely hamstrings my ability to farm. Had I not had representation I would have probably accepted the agency's first opinion not knowing how to proceed. I appreciated that Kale knew going in when we had a good argument and was worth spending the time and money to appeal, and likewise when the evidence showed that we would not get a favorable outcome he advised accordingly, saving me money. It's my opinion that if you are dealing with matters, however great or small they may seem, that could have an impact for generations, you need to have representation. Might as well have the best on your side.
