Robert Hajek should of gave up his practice and quit representing people 30 years ago. His court room knowledge of the law consistently shows he comes in unprepared . He did little preparation on cases for my family. He's lost multiple cases for me and my family. His work ethics for preparation on getting a case before a judge mandating it lacked the substantial filings. His preparation to sue for fire damages was negligent causing a lost case. He over charged my family for a property sale. His associate Dino Burnt back charged my elderly mother for a prior case after he found out she was to receive some money on a sale of some property saying they should of got more on a prior case. This guy is nothing but a crook. I'm surprised he hasnt found God to repent his crimes of negligence.Hes a thief by using his title to steal. He lacks the ability to execute any case with competence. Looking at reviews his only cases with any satisfaction is divorce representation. The other cases he should not take because he's an incompetent ambulance chaser and can't handle anything but divorces. I question his abilities and his hourly rate which is double what lawyers of his competence charge.
