Since they are cited as a finalist in 'maple grove best 2025' I feel it necessary to share my experience with Rachell Henning as my lawyer. Shes unable to effectively navigate the judicial proceedings and was bullied by the opposing counsel. She and opposing counsel changed the settlement agreement without telling me then printed it out and had me sign it without revealing or explaining the changes. Some of the items in the agreement are illegal. I would not trust her with anything of importance.

Felt comfortable after my very first meeting with my new attorney, however, I cannot say the same thing after multiple interactions with paralegal staff. I was shocked with how they treated me (non-responsive, unprofessional and document errors). Sadly, I cannot recommend them based on my experience. The good news is that after all of the bad, I was able to finally get the legal documents I went there for.

I am beyond impressed with the work that Kristin Kingsbury did on my case. Kristin is a top notch Attorney and the best legal representation anyone could hope for. First of all, she took time to actually listen to my scenario. I spoke to a dozen other Law Firms prior to meeting with Kristin and none of them gave my case 5 minutes of consideration before concluding there was nothing that could be done to help me. They all got it wrong. Kristin was the only one smart enough to not only listen but also to ask the right questions. The letter that Kristin wrote on my behalf to defend my position was absolutely on point. There is no doubt she is on top of her game and she won't be intimidated by anyone. I will always seek her Counsel and be forever grateful.

I was NOT happy with the probate lawyer at all! Susan quotes me one resonable price and then I was charged about 5 times that. I called to inquire about the billing as it was already too high and I talked with their billing dept. I was told I would be able to get a reduction as my case closed to be with the taller about range, that NEVER happened and was a lie so they could keep charging me more. I was also told that I would pay for services at the end of my probate. I was then told they were putting a lien on my aunt's property, are you kidding me? I didn't set the payment terms, they did! I was then personally sued the day AFTER I paid them BEFORE my closing(I figured they would be getting paid at closing and I didn't want a lien), yes SUED by the firm when they'd be getting paid at my closing anyways. Which I was told they'd get paid after my case closed. Just rediculous and no communication about it either. Susan also removed herself from my case at the courts and would not answer emails. Very unprofessional and a rip off! My case was closed months before as well and I was never even notified. The place will just play games to get your money. Do yourself a favor and find another option. They didn't have any reviews when I hired them so I sure hope this helps someone else.
