I had the pleasure of working with Patrick Zitek and Griffin Bryant regarding an unfortunate amount of debt that accrued during a time that I was severely sick. In this vulnerable and embarrassed situation they treated me like a colleague, spoke to me with respect and efficiency, and executed a settlement within two weeks. They were able to negotiate, on my behalf, an agreement that saved me 30% of the total that contractually I was obligated to pay. Quick, efficient, and 0 judgement. I was well respected and a part of the conversation. Being from Arizona, I have found a new meaning to "Minnesota nice". I hope that Griffin Bryant and Patrick Zitek continue to make a lasting impression on those who they come in contact with.

I personally have worked with no lawyers prior to this experience. I could say this is the worst service I have ever received. For an entire year, every time I needed to contact my lawyer I couldn't reach him 9/10 unfortunately. Anytime I had physicians try to get a hold of him most times couldn't get a hold of him either. Gave him the benefit of the doubt, he's a lawyer of course he's busy. My physicians and I would leave him voicemails but rarely received a call back. I've had seen my new physician for almost two months: they still haven't had chance to speak to one another. The lack of communication is disappointing. The lawyer even gave my his personal cell so my physician could reach at anytime, he stated. Still has not got in contact with her. Overall I wouldn't settle for this firm.

Richard Hechter is an amazing attorney. He has helping me on more than one occasion. He is caring, knowledgeable as well as efficient. Terrible experience working with Morris Law Group. My attorney, Lillian was not very responsive and the times I heard from the firm were when they were sending me a bill. I'm a bit confused as to what my attorney was doing since the opposing side hadn't received any communications from her and were unaware that I was represented. I ended up having to do all of the communication on my own while I was being billed by this firm. Looks like the only benefit I got from working with MLG was telling my landlord I had an attorney and the pen I got from my one in-person meeting. My attorney mentioned we would be seeking legal fees and I have reached out to her multiple times in the last 8 months with no response. I'm surprised I haven't been billed for my emails since I was billed for 15 minutes for a 3 sentence email which she responded to in 3 minutes. Absolutely disappointing and a waste of money.
