Dusek Law

Mr. Dusek is the worst attorney I have encountered. I have worked with and against about 50. He will make a quick deal and take your money even quicker. I wouldn't hire him to defend me against a traffic ticket. The only good real person who worked there quit.

If I could do -5 stars I would.. This man is a talker DO NOT BE FOOLED!! He was already disciplined in the state of North Dakota after leaving Texas to come practice in ND.. He will take your money and do the absolute bare minimum. According to the all the bogus charges on the last bill he made contact with his client at least 5 times but he absolutely never made contact other than two court appearances that he billed $400 more for the same travel distance as the first court appearance.. His client has been requesting information to be released to his family Dusek does not respond. When he did he said "i will only speak to you because you are the client" well his client is in prison due to Dusek not doing his legal due diligence and representing his client.. Dusek hung up on his client when his client asked him "why wouldn't you tell me I was going to do 5 yrs in prison?" Dusek argued and hung up and had his ex wife answer the phone and say he was suddenly on a zoom call.. Has never returned a call message anything since June of 2022.. I have filed a complaint with the State Bar Association due to legal malpractice & will do everything in my power to see that Dusek is disciplined to the fullest extent possible. DO NOT HIRE THIS "ATTORNEY" HE IS AN ABSOLUTE FRAUD!! OTHER ATTORNEYS I HAVE SPOKE TOO ABOUT MY LO CASE LAUGHS WHEN I MENTION THIS NAME..

While I know we don't come to these people for their services with our hands clean it'd be nice to feel like they were actually working on your case rather than golfing all afternoon and getting to your case when it's convenient to them. Been disappointed with the outcome of his services BOTH times. Positive note, Terry and the rest of the associates are very kind and helpful throughout the stress-fullness of the process.

You would've thought that I hired the prosecution to defend me. Long store short, a public defender heard him speak in one of my hearings and made a funny look(cringe) thinking I didn't noticed. I later flagged that gentleman down and he told me that I was dog supper if I let Dusek continue to represent me.(1.5 years into my case) He recommended me to Sand Law and within 3 months, they beat my case. Every negative review here is something that I can confirm. I understand that these cases are sometimes hard to handle even for those trained to do so but I felt no uncertainty with my new counsel. He buckled up his pants and handled business, this guy here gave me anxiety every time he decided to contact me. Careless, disengaged, immoral and most definitely incompetent. The young lady that works with him is okay though.

Very knowledgeable and sincere attorney. Would recommend and if I ever need him I will be glad to reach out to him.
