I am thankful that I saw the blog online with Tina explaining the balancing of the final accounting for a probate. After reading the blog entry (which is one thing I was having trouble with), I called and spoke to Tina regarding my situation. I had already been working with another lawyer to probate my brothers estate for two years and wasn't any closer to being finished than when I had started. After speaking to Tina I felt very comfortable with hiring Scott Ruhsam to help me finish my brothers probate. The fees were extremely reasonable, both Tina and Scott were easy to communicate with both by phone and email and they answered all my questions very quickly. I also found them to be proactive when issues arose so I didn't have to stress about anything. Tina was very helpful when it came to balancing the final accounting. I had spent hours trying to figure out what I had done wrong and within ten minutes working with Tina, we had it balanced. This law firm, and Scott and Tina specifically, is the best firm I have ever dealt with. They deserve 10 stars.

Awful experience overall. Mary met with me in January for my consult, said she would review my case with Jason & let me know if it was something he could help with. She assured me she would get back to me the following week. Fast forward to almost two months later, she only reached out because I personally had someone else contact the office & I also emailed her asking for an update. Justin all of a sudden was my assigned lawyer who magically came out of no where after I was told Scott & or Jason would be taking on our case. He was dishonest on how long he met with us & I have time stamps to prove it. Over charged & would never recommend them. Happy I found the lawyer I have now who took my case & the within 24 hours had a cease & desist letter out to the timeshare company for all communications to stop, not to mention had us sign a auth to communicate form so ALL communications would go through him. Justin asked us to call the timeshare company ourselves & said, "They won't talk to me." Obviously not. But that's what Authorization to Communicate & Negotiate forms are for ;) do your research before just going with anyone. Lesson learned.

Working with the staff at Kennedy & Ruhsam Law was the best! They were quick to get back to me. Understood exactly what I needed, didn't over charge me and continue to be in my corner and have my back. I can not say enough good things about this firm. I highly recommend them and will forever use them in the future. You guys help me achieve my dream and I am grateful!!!
