Bruce L. Weider, PC

Bruce gets two stars from me and that Is the best I can do. I was very disappointed with the service I received and would not recommend Bruce to handle any work comp case unless you have a "smoking gun" so to speak. Very unprepared I had to supply much information 2, 3 and four times and this was lengthy information that I had listed multiple times even in chronological order. Bruce was not clear, concise or organized. Neither my disability, nor my work comp were settled anything close to what he had told me in the beginning and even til midway through the case. He lost the Disability case, and we were at the bottom of the pole on the work comp case, even though I ended up with an injury that is not curable. I received excuse after excuse after excuse, Often times the only answer I received was " What do you want me to do about it?" And at times he stated we can take this to court, but we will probably lose. In the end, I ended up having to communicate with his wife, who Is his assistant when he needs it.This was much better than dealing with Bruce as he is very hyperactive and really doesn't let you speak to get a word out. It was a constant uphill battle. I am surprised to see a 4.9 rating on this website. I believe that Bruce takes on more than he can handle leaving him spread too thin for the cases he has. I am definitely disappointed in the outcome and the only reason he got two stars is because I truly believe Bruce is a nice person but nice people don't win cases.In my opinion,He is not well spoken in court. I am not writing this review as backlash, I am writing it in hopes that someone May read it and that it will help. If you don't have a case that is a "guaranteed win" I would not recommend this attorney. Disappointed but moving on!!!!

I cannot recommend attorney Bruce Weider enough. He was absolutely exceptional in handling my Social Security Disability case. From the start, his knowledge of the law and the process gave me confidence, and when it came time for court, he showed exactly why he's the best--he asked a question that completely shifted the momentum in my favor. Because of his skill, I didn't just win--I won the maximum amount possible. His office staff deserves just as much praise. The ladies in the office were incredible--friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Every time I called or stopped in, I was treated with kindness and respect. Overall, my experience was nothing short of outstanding. Bruce and his team went above and beyond for me, and I am truly grateful. If you need someone who will fight for you and knows exactly how to win these cases, Bruce Weider is the attorney you want.

Bruce took one of the toughest and scariest times in my life, and walked me through it like I couldn't even began to put into words on here. If you're EVER in need of anything disability related, please do yourself a huge favor and don't call anyone but him. His knowledge and experience is unmatched and his office staff Sandy and Erin are beyond perfection. Truly an amazing experience!!!!

I had been struggling with disability for years and had lawyers not even try to listen to me on initial interactions. I had given up more than once, but then just happened to come across Bruce through a Google search and I was so glad I did! I can honestly say he fought for me. He was thorough, informative, reassuring (through all my stress), and it was a pleasure to work with him. And a big shout out to Sandy as well, who was just as on top of things and kept accurate communications.
