Very very very unprofessional law firm! I would NOT recommend this law firm to anyone. They had my daughter's case for almost 2 years now and the communication is HORRIBLE!! If I don't reach out then we don't talk! They have not reached out about my case not one time! Every time I call they act like they don't know what's going on with her case. I was told one time that an expert witness was obtained then called back 3 months later for an update and was told we are still trying to obtain a witness expert. I told them I was told we already had the expert months ago and then they oh wait yes I do see here that an expert was obtained. Like how are you just giving out misinformation and not aware? Then I was told by the lawyer after expressing my concerns and she said she would setup monthly update calls but I failed to receive any calls even a whole year after that promise. Today I called and expressed my concerns and the only thing the lawyer said to me was that I'm able to take my case elsewhere! No trying to solve the problem. No apologies for the lack of communication or anything just go somewhere else! lol this law firm is terrible!! Please be aware!
