This law firm was a joke and waste of my time. Thank God I am a Christian because how they lied and disrespected me would had been a different outcome . God will take care of the revenge. If I could only rate this firm a "zero" it would of been too much Please everyone stay away " Run". Oh the case was a FORD RECALL"

This Kiara Christian review is completely improper. This is someone who was never a client. I refused to take her case. Apparently, there was no legal recourse for this person as a matter of law. She would not take no for answer. I therefore took the time to contact other lawyers to explain to her that there was no case. She gave me a negative review for being honest and diligent. This site should be ashamed of itself for including this as a negative review. Anyone can see that I took the time and effort to address a person who would not take "no" for an answer. The Tyran Wilson review is for a person whom I also never represented. He is aggravated that I refused to take his case. It was an auto collision in a parking structure that occurred at a super slow speed, incapable of injuring anyone. The medical treatment was pretty much non-existent. The Chianta Bivens review is very unfair because she received a tremendous result and expressed satisfaction at the settlement hearing. These review sites should notify the site being reviewed before posting complete nonsense. As far as James Anthony, I do not know this person.

When I first spoke to Mr. Stern over the phone he had me explain my case. He at that time informed me he felt I had a pretty good case and asked that I come in and discuss my case further. When I arrived Mr. Stern was not prepared at all. He pulled out a note pad and said oh yes your the one from (my employers name). He asked me how could he help me. As I began explaining my case once again only this time in person he often times cut me off and made me feel now discouraged about a case he originally made me feel optimistic about. When I told him the state of Michigan workers comp agency told me themselves that my workers comp rights had been violated and to contact an attorney his exact words were "oh they must have wanted to get you off the phone, they tell everyone that." He not only did not let me finish telling him how I felt my rights were violated he then proceeded to pick up his phone and call other attorneys while I was in mid sentence to prove to me that I did not have a case. During each conversation he would first ask about the half of the case he did let me get out then finish each conversation talking with the other attorneys about lunches, other clients, and judges. At this point I felt the lowest of low as if I was not a potential client but as if I was a nussiance occupying his precious time. He finished our meeting by saying and I quote "see there u have it 3 top attorneys have told you that you have no case." I informed him he was the third attorney I sat down with and the other two were top attorneys referred by top mi law firms and that both said they strongly believed I had a case and would love to fight my case. He then proceeded to ask me who they were because no good attorney would take it. He said "they must be really creative". I then stood up with my folder containing pages and pages of documents provided by my creative top attorney and politely excused myself. On the way out he attempted to see who exactly was on the folder or who exactly would take the case. I simply covered the name and told him have a great day. I'm in no way saying Mr. Stern is a bad person, he may very well be a great lawyer for cases he believes in. My personal experience with him in 15 minutes was excruciating. When I spoke to him over the phone and he said my case was a good one come in. I took time off to come in for him to not only change his mind about my case but to discourage me from pursuing it by telling me no attorney worth anything would take my case. Which now leads me to believe at the time I was explaining my case over the phone he was not actually listening or he would have told me then he did not believe I had a case instead of requesting I follow up and come meet him personally. I believe in professionalism and respect. I understand completely every attorney sees things differently, and every attorney does not take every case, but I also feel there is a professional way to do things. I feel Mr. Stern did not believe in my case during the personal consult he should have simply said I'm sorry but I do not believe this is a case that is best suited for me. Or I'm sorry I am not the attorney for you. I never once spoke out or tried to convince him to take my case. He simply felt the need to solidify the fact he was right there was no case. To cut me off repeatedly, call 3 other attorney friends, tell me there u go 3 attorneys feel u don't have a case, and to tell me the state of Michigan just wanted to get me off the phone was very rude, unprofessional, and discouraging. Hopefully I save others the trip or ridicule. As I said this was the 3rd attorney who I visited with. Mr. Stern was not referred to me by any top law firm I googled workers comp attorneys near me. Clicked on his link saw the 1 five star review he gave himself and decided to take a leap of faith. But if anyone would like the numbers and names of the other two top attorneys email me please. I normally don't do reviews but I felt this experience needed to be heard.

Mr Stern just doesn't care, about winning your case. He will never fight for you. I would not recommend him to anyone.

run, i repeat, RUN!!! worse lawyer you wanna run across i can guarantee that! don't see how he practices law honestly
