Mr. Gust has a reputation as a "prison director," and an "assistant prosecutor." He is 100% only in it for the money. He's NEVER had a case thrown out, and its mainly because he loves to drag out cases to attain more "billable hours." I wish that I could convey into words how horrible the Gust team really is so that maybe I can prevent others, or even one person, from recruiting their office. People have found that a standard public defender is more effective and efficient than James Gust. Do yourself a life-saving favor and seek representation elsewhere. Jim gust is by far the best lawyer in saginaw county. He kept me out of jail when it should have been impossible!!! He is well worth whatever he charges you and then some... he is very professional and so is the staff... if you need a good lawyer I highly recommend Gust both James F and Heather..... James Gust is by far the worse attorney in saginaw. He does not try and help his clients. He is all about the money. Many family members hired him as an attorney and half the time he showed up late, very unprofessional and has a very rude personality i would advise no one to hire him trust me you'll regret it like I am right now!
