I can't recommend John Adair enough. I'm dealing with a very sensitive and challenging elder care situation, and John Adair was the perfect attorney to help me navigate through the system and my options. He understands the needs of the elderly exceptionally well and gave me sound advice. He's a great champion for the elderly!

Terrible customer service, refuses to return NUMEROUS phone messages! He was appointed by the court to my friend's grandfather's estate. Her grandfather will have been gone 2 years in Feb. Adair refuses to call my friend to finish things and get her the keys to not only things pertaining to the property but, also to bank safety deposit boxes, which now has a large fee built up, as well as other bills, as he isn't paying a single bill, for anything(except to the nursing home, even though Grandpa was put on Medicaid) and burial expenses. This month it will be a YEAR since the court closed the case which left everything on, and to include the property to my friend, but yet he still keeps ignoring her requests. Something is very wrong with how he "conducts" business.

Over 2 years later and still have estate pending. He just forgot about a bank account and life insurance policy!? How does that happen? This guy needs a new profession
