If there was a spot for 0 stars I would give them. Presented my case Oct 2024. They just now contact me May2025 to tell they weren't taking the case. I would call the office to inquire what was going on with case and it was a deep attitude from staff like I was bothering them. But they weren't t contact me at all during this period to let me know if they were still working on case. The last time I talk to someone in march it was a nasty exchange of do call us we will call. All that time wasted when they could have gave me a decision within 1 or 2 months. Very Very unprofessional
