Tim Klisz has represented my company and myself numerous times over the last 8 years. He's honest and will give you his professional opinions when handling anything for me. He has also done my living will/estate planning and has drawn up many contracts for me personally as well as for my company. He is very respectful, professional and is very reasonably priced, considering his expertise and knowledge. He has always been punctual, reliable during cases and is wonderful in defense cases.

Upon meeting Tim, he was extremely thorough explaining the process leading up to a lawsuit and always gave me a lot of time to make decisions throughout the various steps in the process. He was always very professional, friendly and available when needed. I also found him very approachable and trustworthy. I never felt intimidated by him and he was never pushy, unlike other attorneys I have met in the past. I will definitely be using Tim Klisz for all of my legal needs in the future!
