My husband and his family have used William Oudsema as their personal and business attorney for over 35 years. Last fall my father passed away and we had many details and decisions to work out on his behalf, as well as making difficult decisions for our mothers future care. We discovered during this process that my parents had been taken advantage of financially. We were devastated and they were as well. After calling Bill, he shared with us that his son Jeff had recently joined his firm and that he had 11 years of experience working on similar cases. Jeff and Bill immediately came out to my parents home to meet with them and also made numerous other visits to the nursing home my dad resided in while he was under hospice care. I cannot say enough positive things about this practice, especially Jeff Oudsema. I live in the Detroit area, and contacted him with some questions and issues we were having with a relative's Kalamazoo will and estate. It was a complicated case and Jeff was very efficient. Jeff helped us build our estate plan and gave us a strong plan to manage and incorporate our real estate holdings.
