I called 5 lawyers within 50 miles. Mr. Machnik was the only one that would talk to me about my issues and estimate our way forward for free. the cheapest alternative was 300$ an hour just to talk and figure out if we had a case. I had a main point but he dug in and got details and thought about possible angles. afterwords he took the time to entertain all my questions and really made me feel like I had a valid view point and explained some scenarios that i should look out for that would really give us a knockout case and make it more succinct, should thoes things occure. Hes in my contacts now hands down.

I am a physician and applied for an exemption during for the COVID vaccine during the period the federal government threatened to withhold CMS funding to hospitals refusing to implement a vaccine mandate. I called at least 5 different law firms, and none would take up my case; they frankly seemed afraid to be associated with it. My initial consultation call was over 30 minutes and extremely helpful and, given that I was facing unemployment and was told I'd be blacklisted from the field, uplifting. Ultimately after working with them, I was initially placed on three weeks of paid leave during the holiday season and my hospital privileges were renewed with an exemption in place. Even if I had lost, I would have been satisfied with this firm; they were tedious, well-prepared, reasonably priced, communicative, and approachable.

Jason was enormously helpful. He listened to my concerns and shared his insights on our situation. In the end he recommended that we not hire him to further explore the issues. Outstanding honesty and I would absolutely hire him!

Benjamin was compassionate and thorough when he was providing a consultation to my mother for assistance with her husbands financial future due to dementia and what all she would need to make sure he is taken care of and not taken advantage of by the system that is not set up to help anyone. Benjamin was wonderful and we will choose him in the future for our elder legal needs. you cant go wrong here. My mom thanks you for your care and kindness.
