I rarely take the time to write reviews, but the level of service that Troy Haney's law office provides deserves a great review. When you need a lawyer it's often because something very difficult in life is happening, and honestly, some lawyers can be scary to work with even when they are on your side. That is not the case with Troy Haney. He is very approachable, but also capable and kind. My husband and I always felt comfortable contacting him with any questions and were very confident in his ability as a lawyer. He makes sure to understand the difficulties you are dealing with and provides sound advice. His assistant Kim is also amazing. She responds promptly and professionally to every phone call or email. If you find yourself in need of a disability lawyer, Haney Law Office is the best.

Troy was exceptionally helpful with protecting my Disability Insurance policies - he was very thorough, clear, and concise reviewing my separation agreement with my employer and writing language that would protect my ability to submit claims in the future. The contract, as it was, written by my employer had me forfeiting my ability to submit disability claims. Now, with the added legal language to the contract I'll be able to file a short term and long term disability claim. Wow! thanks so much Troy - this is life changing for me.

My dad passed away march 20 four days before my birthday and than my mother suddenly passed away on July 25 on my dads birthday from a heart attack and underlying heart diseases, she had life insurance and I was the beneficiary, she worked hard and they denied her and failed on so many levels , I hired Troy and he was exceptional and fought so hard for my mom and we finally are going to get it and now my momma and dad will both have a headstone I am forever grateful !
