Was a great experience of dealing with a lawyer and the justice system. Was very knowledgeable and attentive. Never once tried to dodge me or charge me more for my phone inquiries. Was very attentive to my situation and always kept me updated on the current status of my situation, even went out of his way many times to remind me of upcoming dates and times. He was always in professional attire and timely. Of all the lawyers i have had over the years he was clearly a step above the rest. His prices are very reasonable and his work is top notch. He got my last case dropped and the previous one knocked down to just a fine. John Damian is definitely my go to attorney for all my future needs and i strongly recommend his brilliance and friendly disposition to all my friends and family. I cannot express that I am so glad I chose Mr. Danian to represent me, he knows his stuff and then some! Not only did he represent me, he stood by my side in a one of the most scariest moments of my life. He is very professional, and kind, every case is different and he will work with you to your best interest and work out the payment situation, if needed, but I would choose Mr. Danian again and again, of course that's if I didn't learn my lesson, lol! My children and I will forever appreciate him!

If I could give a negative star rating I would. He was quick to jump on the case, took my money and then refused to communicate. I sent repeated text messages, emails and phone calls daily and received NOTHING. He sat with his client for 3 minutes, rushing him out for another client and then refused to meet with him before his hearing, did nothing in the court hearing, didn't even speak to his defense or ask for the bond agreement we discussed. DO not hire him unless you want to waste money and spend weeks trying to get him off the case to get a different lawyer. Complete waste of my money and my boyfriend is still in jail.
