Ghosted me, never returned calls and I counted on him. Thank you sir for saying one thing and doing another. You gave me hope but then again I should have known better.

David took my case after the lawyer I had accepted a settlement without my consent. David found out that the lawyer let my case go into default. My first apartment where I lived had Black Mold and got my extremely sick to where I almost died. I lost half of my possessions, four of my pets, almost my life, and just about my whole entire savings. I'm not really sure what are the mold laws in Michigan but my whole case felt very shady to me. I refused to sign the settlement agreement my previous lawyer made. That's when I started to call other lawyers to get a second opinion. That's when I talked to David and he decided to take my case. Sad thing was my case was closed due to the lawyer agreeing to that settlement and also due to the case dragging on so long. So took that settlement without the other lawyer getting anything and suing him for malpractice. I am very thankful for David getting me something out of this whole headache but In my opinion I should've received a lot more if it wasn't for the other lawyer. I will say for what David has done he will fight for you and do the best to get you the justice you deserve. Thanks again David.

We greatly regret ever hiring Dave Heyboer as our lawyer. Twice he failed to respond to the court's requests, the second time we were held in contempt of court for not cooperating with a request he did not communicate to us. A simple legal matter stretched out to a two year nightmare due to his apparent incompetence and lack of follow through. He failed to take responsibility for not returning calls and emails, blaming his computer, or just ignoring the matter completely. Please learn from our experience and go elsewhere.

He is a good attorney! Down to earth and cares. I highly recommend him. Experienced is a plus!

Dave has been a God-send, although, a slightly slow God-send... The Secretary (probably office manager) is simply the most wonderful & helpful woman & I appreciate her so much!
