Al Zerka Ripped me off over $1000 when he sent me a letter saying I owed him because there was going to be a trial so I paid him and then he filed a motion to quit I had no money and he knew that I was borrowing it from my mom because I was a stay at home. Dad and my wife took all the money out of the bank when she got me arrested and Al Zerka never gave the money back to me. Al Zerka made a deal with the judge when I told him no !!!!!that dragged my case on my case on for over three years years and had like three different judges my case is probably the longest case in Genesee County And I kept asking every attorney I had for a speedy trial and they would not file a motion. He is a scammer works for the system not you should've paid me my money back !!!!!?!

I truly can't say enough great things about Erika or Al! Erika is a sharp and talented attorney and is attentive . Al is just a damn good human being on top of being a good attorney. Neither of them are good to rip you off, hell Al has even refused payment from me during a hard time. He's also not going to BS you and make promises that hair aren't feasible.
