I used Trademark Lawyer Firm to handle a trademark while creating an Amazon store for my company. JJ and his team thoroughly understood the task at hand, were prompt and courteous in their communication, and ultimately got the job done very well. I can't recommend enough!

I'm really confused as to how this firm as so many stellar reviews. I booked an appointment directly on their website and paid a $25 consultation fee. I received booking confirmation and reminders, and when I showed up to the call, no one came. I sent emails twice during the call to try and find out where the consulting attorney was, and no one answered. I sent another email afterward expressing deep concern that this felt potentially below board, and again, no response. In that email, I also mentioned that if no one replied to confirm they were refunding my payment, I would file a dispute. Trying to give them the benefit of the doubt one last time, I called! When the woman answered the phone I asked, "is this the Ann Arbor firm location?," to which she replied, "are you trying to reach the Trademark Lawyer Firm?" I said yes, and she said, "then yes, you've reached the right place, and we do have an office in Ann Arbor." I'm guessing this was NOT the Ann Arbor firm, but rather just a call center. Alas, no one was available to take my concern, and she stated someone would need to get back with me. At this point, I said I'd just go ahead and report the charge as I've spent far too much time on this, and I'm not waiting around for a call that probably will never come (based on the absolutely abysmal email communication... or should I say: LACK of communication). The most shocking part is... this is a law firm?! Arguably one of the most professional, reputable types of businesses that exist? They might do good work (if they even exist?! I'm seriously questioning it at this point!) based on all of the reviews but... at the very least, I do not **I repeat DO NOT** recommend booking a Calendly consultation and paying the fee unless you enjoy wasting money and time! **UPDATED** Erin from the firm contacted me to say it was a horrible series of events that led to everything that happened. She refunded my payment and offered a complimentary consult to make up for what happened (which... given the situation, I politely declined, but I appreciated the offer). I've updated the review from 1 to 3 stars to reflect this - I'd still be wary to pay to book a consult with this firm, but I do genuinely believe it was mostly crappy circumstances.
