I would give 0 stars if possible. Martin charged me $1000 for a consultation in 2018, did not tell me I could be receiving free legal assistance from U of M as a student, and once I found out I could have free legal assistance since I was a student, he refused to give any of the money back even though he did not help me at all. His office is located in the center of downtown Ann Arbor. The two possibilities -- for him to not have known this information that students receive free legal assistance or for him to have withheld this information on purpose -- are both bad. I feel like he took advantage of me and I do not recommend Martin E. Blank AKA Marty to anyone.
