Harvey Koselka was my Baby Mommas attorney for our custody, divorce, property trial. He also represented my wifes lover/ co-worker on a ppo. Koselka did such a horrible job i actually felt bad for my baby momma. Literally brought evidence to my attention i would of dismissed. I used that evidence against my BM. Discriminated against me as a medical marihuana card holder & a permently disabled father. Tried to get my boys taken from me. 3 different judges on 3 case numbers told him to stop discriminating & he wouldnt stop. Totally sand bagged it for my BM. Did nothing but lie & try to manipulate the courts. Completely shameful for a former judge but a perfect match for the morally bankrupt souls he represented.
