Ware deserves half a single star. He did not return calls and emails. Our realtor was able to always get ahold of him but we, his paying clients, could not. He did not get the paperwork we needed on time, it delayed our closing but more so he kept lying to our realtor, proclaiming that he submitted the necessary paperwork only for her to discover through our lender that he did not. We also overpaid him at closing due to his numbers not matching our lenders, he owes us STILL what we over paid. Furthermore, he did not pay our home insurance (which we paid in full at closing) until several parties hounded him to do so. He charged us a thousand dollars for his services only to give us $50 quality work. We are still needing to deal with him as he still owes us money. Would not recommend at all. He DOES NOT CARE ABOUT HIS CLIENTS. If you want a great attorney, John Lenhoff is far better.

Bob Ware is a superb attorney. He drafted our wills, and when a death occurred unexpectedly, everything was in perfect order. Having that comfort at a critical moment was all-important. I would recommend him with enthusiasm and absolutely without qualification.

This attorney completely failed me. He was hired to assist in a house closing and he did not uncover a property boundary dispute that had been going on for over 20 years. I thought I bought a house with a back yard and the yard does not belong to me. I was scammed and this highly experienced attorney found no problems.

Bob was my lawyer for a house closing. He basically did the least he could to help us through the process. I am still trying to fix the mistakes that were made.. It's a bad joke.

Horrible Lawyer. Completely failed. Showed up to my closing without the necessary paperwork. Incompetent amd unprofessional. Do not hire!
