89 years old, with a family that didn't want to be involved in a family dispute, I contacted the Ardito Law Group from a list provided by Barnstable County. From the moment I walked through the door I felt support from the receptionist, from Alexis Mislitski who took my case and eventually from the whole firm. I stood alone in the courtroom with just Alexis for support. We won and the Judge complimented Alexis on her handling of the case. I believe the whole firm celebrated with me. My relationship with my lawyer was exceptional and my experience in meeting everyone in that building at such a stressful time in my life was a blessing. Lawyers are people. If you work with them with respect, honesty and compassion, they will represent you to the best of their ability. My experience with the Ardito Law Group was a positive one.

We used Alexa Mislitski to appeal a long term care insurance refusal. She is very professional and caring. Needless to say we won our case. I would highly recommend Alexa.

I would highly recommend against this law group, specifically Matt Dupuy. Despite receiving my updated information for a case on multiple occasions, and proof in the form of a doc that he sent me, with my updated address, he did not update documentation in all of his files, and this lead to me being left out of important hearings for a case in which another PR was assigned. I actually had to track down information myself and contact the PR myself, when they should have gotten my correct information from Dupuy from the start. He does not return phone calls and overall this office has no people skills whatsoever. Attorneys they may be, but professional, organized, understanding of basic clerical process, and appropriate client relations/service is NOT something this law group is capable of or practices.

I have worked with this firm on numerous issues and legal challenges. I highly recommend them. They are talented, smart, and fight for their clients. My latest interaction has been with Alexis Mislitski. She's outstanding.
