Scott Semple was truly awesome. Extremely knowledgeable and dedicated, he got me the outcome we wanted when unscrupulous Trustees tried to bully us with unlawful and absurd requests and expenses. He fought them with tooth and nail until they had to come back with their tails between their legs and beg us for a settlement (for a lawsuit they initiated nonetheless!) I just wish I had hired him from the get go before the Trustees had had a chance to abuse us like they did.
