My son hired John Vasapolli to do his closing when his house was sold. John passed it on to his son who Just didn't get it , was talking to my son On Friday night then his father shows up at the closing. He screwd my son so bad at the closing the money should have been split 50/50 but my son ended up with 3,400 and his girlfriend walked away with 52,000 and 59,000 still sits in escrow, now we have to pay another lawyer huge amount of money to fight for what Vasapolli should have done at the closing. I would never recommend him to anyone or his son.
