Attorney, Joe SIMON Will always be in your corner he was instrumental and settling my case. I violated a restraining order and didn't realize the severity of my actions. Joe took over my case at the end and got the judgement of continuous without finding. I am now one year in to my probationary terms. I've been on an ankle bracelet for one year and I regret all the mistakes I made Joe suggested that we wait until next March. I guess unfortunately the term time served does not mean anything anymore I have been on an ankle bracelet, and watched over very very closely since I was in jail and got released. I was under surveillance of the Massachusetts court system and a probation officer in Massachusetts. I guess that six months although I bet the law doesn't count. . So I must wait until March until we go back to the judge to say I'm a good man I mistakes like any man or woman does. I've owned up to them. I was diagnosed as bipolar. I take my medicine every day.. I will be in counseling for the rest of my life and that's OK. I'm better than before.. Life is short what's the judge decides is out of my control I'm happy to be here. I'm alive and I'm happy.
