I cannot begin to express the gratitude that we have for McGowan and associates law firm. They are absolutely top notch. Attorney McGowan basically saved my life when I was at the very lowest point ever. I was hit on my motorcycle May 2014 and severely injured. The woman that collided with my motorcycle was taking a left out of a side street and she was 100% responsible. She had friends on the police force and this was an uphill battle every inch of the way. This case was tried in 2018 by a large Boston law firm. They didn't represent me properly and frankly did not care at all about my case. Because of the poor representation the woman that hit me was found not responsible. This case was appealed and i was awarded a new trial. I spoke to over 50 lawyers each time telling them the story. Not one person was willing to help me. I was running out of time and had no lawyer to represent me in the new trial. I was panicked imagining what it would be like to have to represent myself against three dishonest lawyers. I thank God every single day that I met attorney McGowan. I met with him and told him my story. He immediately reviewed six cases of paperwork and not only did he agree to represent me but he told me that he would win my case. He literally left no stone unturned.
