DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN/ SEND ANY MONEY. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I was the victim in a car accident, my dying mother, while battling breast cancer not only paid Mr. Weiss, but sent a request much higher amount than we had spoken about and initially agreed upon. We paid, and then communication became scarce, then stopped completely. I had to have my mother, while lying in the ICU - still being administered her Chemo/ Radiation treatments - beg me to please get an update or her money back. He not only stole my money, but claimed he had the video tape from the dunkin donuts (Where the immediate aftermath of the accident occured) and never gave me any updates about what it showed, etc. It has now been over a year - I finally have the police investigating and am contacting the Attorney General's office as well as the Mass. Bar Association. After finding multiple 1 star reviews from this year, I am going to be reaching out to those who have also been scammed by this disgusting thief and would be interested in filing a class-action lawsuit.

This attorney is a liar, a cheat, and downright unprofessional. Our case was a simple care and custody matter. We signed an agreement with Josiah nearly 1 year ago and we still have not had a court date. Let me clear: this matter involved my fiance and his 5 year old son. All we we're looking to do was to set up child support and set visitation. Yes, you read correctly.....he's a Dad who would like to pay for his child and see his son. Yes, it's been 1 year. No, we have not stepped foot in a court room. I heard about a month ago from Josiah that there was finally a summons stemming from an emergency order he supposedly filed back in January. I have asked for it multiple times, I have not seen it. I have been asking for an updated billing invoice since he is now invoicing me as my retainer funds have run out. I would gladly pay, but the man cannot quantify his work. Rather, I get excuses like, "I'm out of the country", "My wife had a car accident", etc. Excuses, excuses. He does not have a paralegal or an admin, so clearly he's drowning in work and can't produce. I will be reaching out to the bar to report him and pursuing the recovery of at least part of my retainer in small claims court.

This guy is a liar. Took my retainer and didn't do any work on my case. He ignored my texts, emails and blocked my number. As we speak there's an investigation by the bar association of Boston ma and a lawsuit against him. Josiah you'll pay me back my retainer and I'll make sure that you get arrested.I'll make sure that you will be able to practice law in New England ever again.
