I highly recommend using Alex Mulcahy at South Natick Law. He makes difficult transactions seem easy, is super responsive and easy to work with. Alex is my go-to real estate attorney when questions come up in my practice, and when my friends, family and clients are looking for a real estate attorney. If it were possible to give more than 5 stars, I would! Alex is the best!

I wouldn't have given one star, but it's the least possible. I worked with Alex Mulcahy for my very first Home purchase. He is inaccurate with documentation, Non-responsive, slow, never keeps up his words and will disappear/ghost once he gets his money. My lender said NOT to work with him on day 1, despite that I went with him because my real estate agent recommended him. He was inaccurate and slow with publishing closing documents, because of which I'm still having issues. When I reached to him multiple times about deeds and title he would never reply back till date. Please do your research before working with Alex and his firm. Don't fall for the false promises and sugar coated voice. Attorney should be reliable, trustworthy and reachable and he is not the one.

I can't recommend Alex and his team enough, he is reliable, on time and on point with everything he does. He will do anything to meet his clients needs and is the gold standard in the real estate industry thank you Alex for all your hard work!
