David has been extremely rude and unprofessional inside and outside of the courtroom. He was my ex spouses lawyer for divorce proceedings. During the process he would constantly make false statements & accusations towards me, agree to file to invasive discovery such as seeing if I'm in my family will (so if my family member passes away he wanted to see how much money I would get) . Even after the divorce he continues to file frivolous motions of contempt even when there was clear evidence (even acknowledged by the judge) proving otherwise. He would refuse to work with my lawyer even at the detriment of his own client. End the end she walked away with nothing even though we provided them a separation agreement that would've given her something. But the most alarming incident I have experienced with David was his temper. He yelled, swore and spewed derogatory statements towards me in the court house with several witnesses, then continued to say lies about me while in the courtroom with no evidence. I ending up doing research and I found that he has a difficult time controlling his anger and ended up abusing his wife which cost him his job at the White House as a speech writer. Please be weary hiring a man like this as he will do you no favors. I have filed a complaint with bar association due because of his unprofessional behavior, hopefully this will deter him from engaging in behavior like this in the future. UPDATE: David is continuing to make false/misleading statements in the court room. In a frivolous contempt motion stating that I was 30 days behind on my car payment (per separation agreement) I showed the statements from the bank saying it was untrue he then talked over my lawyer and continued to lie about what is a factual number straight from the bank. I surrendered the car because it was a tool used to harass me through litigation (there was nothing in the separation agreement saying I couldn't do that) David then filed another clearly frivolous motion to put me prison even thought I made a agreement to pay the remaining balance. (Which was denied) David is should be investigated for lying to the court and consistently giving false statements to the Judge as well as repeatedly making up lies about only to make me look bad. To file motions for terms that aren't even in separation agreement is clearly legal abuse . Not only is he an abuser to his loved ones he also is abusive in the courtroom.

This lawyer will the use litigation process between spouses to fuel the fire on already traumatic and life changing process. To file a motion of discovery to see if the spouse is in someone's will is disgusting and abusive. Do some research on this attorney before getting him involved into your life changing event as he has a history of unsavory behavior.

Someone who cant control his anger shouldn't work with the public. I have observed him lash out on a what I believe was his clients ex souse in the middle of a court room which is extremely unprofessional. We need attorneys to help our issues with our ex spouses not verbally attack them in the middle of a courthouse. HES NOT A SCAM BUT YOU COULD DO BETTER

My experience with David has been very negative. He is rude and promises things he cannot do. On top of he has a history of domestic violence yet he's allowed to work in the court system. Before you hire him please consider doing a back ground check on him before you spend you money.

David was a pleasure to deal with. From the very first phone call to the final email.... he was prompt, courteous, and efficient.
