Philip was very thorough, professional and attentive to our needs. We were able to take possession of the property in under 1.5 months and did not have to go to court. Communication was open and available with Philip Mann. Philip asked the appropriate questions to understand what "you were going through" with the tenant on lost rent, difficulty in removing a tenant in MA and frustration with the process. I would recommend Philip for other tenant issues and would not hesitate to use him again for other real estate needs. I believe his rates are fair and he was always available for a question.

Attorney Philip is the best, he is very helpful and know the laws about eviction. He listen to you problem and guide you with options to resolve the issue.
