I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I'm receiving from Tamara and her office. The unprofessionalism demonstrated by both Tamara and her staff is simply unacceptable. It is disheartening to witness staff members dressing inappropriately, as if they are preparing for a gym session, rather than upholding the professionalism expected in a legal environment. More importantly, I've entrusted Tamara with my case and paid a significant sum for her legal services. However, I have been let down repeatedly, as she has failed to actively work on my case. As a client, I expect my attorney to fulfill their duties diligently and effectively. Unfortunately, Tamara's lack of attention to my case has resulted in unnecessary delays and has left me feeling stuck and unsupported in an already challenging immigration process. Her failure to do her job not only negatively impacts me but also the wider community, as many others that I have spoken to are left in similar circumstances. Legal professionals have a responsibility to their clients, and it is evident that Tamara has not lived up to that standard. I hope that this feedback encourages Tamara and her staff to reconsider their approach and take their responsibilities more seriously. The consequences of neglecting client cases are far-reaching and should not be taken lightly.

I didn't like it; besides not resolving the case, they don't answer calls. I applied for asylum over a year ago, and to this day, I haven't received my work permit or social security.

Please do not go to this lawyers office. They are very rude, never answer the phones. They are good to take your money and promise you the world. The woman by the name of Jenny is lazy and is so mean. They are not professional at all. They never informed me of a court date and I missed it and then they charged me more money for their mistake. They are so many good immigration lawyers out there, go to them not this one.

Very bad service, never take your call

This is a really messy place to go to find legal help. They don't listen, fill out documents wrongly and then said it is your fault. Never answer phone calls, mailbox always full and never return the calls. Very disappointed the way she handled our case. It was a waste of time and money. I do not recommend this place.
