From personal experience Nathaniel spinney should not be a criminal lawyer he should work with old people or something and that's not even trying to be funny this "man" if that's what I really want to call him has no respect for clients or there families he don't answer clients calls as they sit in prison Innocently awaiting to hear from him to let them know what's going on with there case and how to go about bringing them back home to there loved ones he just constantly gives them the run around over and over not just the clients but family members as well and as the family sits in court waiting over and hour and a half after court started and this man walks in late with his hands up like we are Supposed to applaud him mean while we had to listen to the members of the court make comments of his inconsideration and unprofessionalism towards his client and colleagues. I have NEVER!!! delt with a "lawyer" like him before and I hope no one ever has to as well as him moving to Novia scotia not telling his client or the clients family members that he was doing so he just left this poor kid in limbo not knowing anything he had planed on moving away smh.

Attorney Spinney cannot take on criminal cases. It's sad to see how attorneys can take advantage of their clients at such a critical time often providing false hope and not delivering. Getting him to file a motion, do an investigation, or schedule a meeting was like pulling teeth. He waited the Thursday before a court date on Monday to see his client. Then told his client that he was also going on vacation and made the court date remote as opposed to being in person. Save yourself the aggravation and just hire another lawyer. I would not recommend.

I want to publicly thank Nate for helping my sisters and I deal with my dad's sudden passing. Nate was attentive and understanding to our needs and took a lot of his time to explain the documents we were signing and why. He took my calls on a Saturday too which I only did because I was just so stressed out at that time. Thank you Nate for being there for all of us.

Nate over at High Rock Legal is a wealth of information and is very understanding and down to earth. He was patient with my mother and I as we walked through the legal processes of wills and power of attorney documents. Nate is a great lawyer to have by your side.

Worst experience. Dragged out a case for 10 months rather than admitting he wasn't suited for it. Would go 4-6 weeks at a time with no response from multiple emails and calls. Always had an excuse when he finally answered. Stopped responding the last 2 months, email and phone no longer work. Ended up going with attorney Jay Milligan and within 2 days he got the process further.
