I hired Maite Ramos to take care my divorce, handle my child support and house situation. The lady did not fight for me she told me let's see what the judge decides, everything I asked her to fight for she said it's not possible. I am a hard working mother of 4 I have been paying over five years for my mortgage at 100% without the ex helping, Juggling with my kids busy schedules without the help from their father, the day of court I was negotiating with his lawyer while she was texting next to me to another client of hers. When I had questions about the situation she would tell me she'll explain later. Point of the matter here Is, that I have to refinance or sell the house to give him money for a house he only lived in a year and the ex that does absolutely nothing for the kids gets 2 dependents for tax, so the money he pays for child support he gets back at the end of the year, the system is messed up and if you don't get the right person to defend your case and fight for you rights you'll be screwed.
